This is the fourth series of collaboration between the Centre and the Malaysian Department of Public Service in providing competency building programmes to the officers.<\/p><p>Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dzulkifli Abdul Razak, the Rector of International Islamic University Malaysia delivers the premier slot on <em>Sejahtera Leadership<\/em>.
