The prestigious event marked a significant milestone in strengthening engagement between the University and its distinguished alumni.<\/p><p>The programme was graced by the Guest of Honour, YBhg. Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki bin Mokhtar, Attorney General of Malaysia, who delivered the Distinguished Alumni Talk. Prof. Emeritus Datuk Dr. Osman Bakar, Rector of IIUM, and YBhg. Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Hussain, President of IIUM. The Guest of Honour arrived shortly thereafter to a warm reception by university officials, alumni, staff, and students.<\/p><p>In his welcoming remarks, the Rector of IIUM highlighted the significance of the Distinguished Alumni Talk Series as a platform to inspire the IIUM community through the experiences and insights of alumni who have excelled in their respective fields. This was followed by speeches from YBhg. Datuk Lukman Sheriff Alias, representing the AIKOL Alumni Wing, and YBhg.
