BENCH FEE 

According to the Senate Meeting Approval Paper during the University Committee for Postgraduate Studies (UCPS) meeting No1/2016 just state that bench fee is charged to cover specific extra costs associated with laboratory or fieldwork which is part of a doctoral or masters dissertation.
