His research is focused on the overarching question: \u201cHow can organisations adapt to the increasingly complex and evolving security threat landscape?\u201d and concentrates wholly on the management aspects of cybersecurity and how cybersecurity management is practiced in organisations. Additionally, he researches Analytics in Organisations, where he is interested in understanding what the motivators, enablers and inhibitors are for organisations to utilize analytics. Whilst his research studies these areas separately, he has deliberately investigated the use of analytics within the cybersecurity domain which is a niche area in cybersecurity management where he is leading our cybersecurity research.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Dr Maynard has taught a variety of Information Systems subjects over his career.
