The deadline to apply for an exchange program is 4 months prior the semester starts. Below is the list of the deadlines:<\/span><\/p><table style=\"width: 100%;border-collapse: collapse;background-color: #ffffff\"><tbody><tr style=\"background-color: #4e8778\"><td style=\"width: 50%;text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Semesters <\/span><\/strong><\/td><td style=\"width: 50%;text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">Deadline<\/span><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Semester 1 (October)<\/span><\/td><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">31st \u00a0May<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Semester 2 (March)<\/span><\/td><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">31st \u00a0October<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Semester 3 (July)<\/span><\/td><td style=\"width: 50%\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">31st \u00a0March<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">A student is required to apply for a student exchange visa from EMGS regardless\u00a0 of the duration of the program. Therefore, in this case, if the student is interested to join IIUM for Semester 1 which will start in October 2023, they can fill up the inbound application form and submit to<\/span><a href=\"mailto:iceo@iium.edu.my\"> iceo@iium.edu.my<\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000\">latest<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\">by\u00a0<strong>31st May 2023. <\/strong>Any late submission<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000\">will\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">NOT\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">be entertained<\/span>.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">If the interested university is not our partner, kindly be informed that the\u00a0student needs to pay for all fees that are chargeable which are the tuition fee, entrance fee, recurrent fee, insurance, stamp duty, accommodation and visa.
