They oversee all aspects of postgraduate programs, from admissions and curriculum to student support and research facilitation. This office champions responsible research by promoting ethical conduct, managing research ethics approvals, and fostering a culture of integrity among faculty and students. By ensuring quality education and ethical research practices, this office contributes significantly to IIUM&#8217;s mission of producing competent and ethical graduates who can make meaningful contributions to society.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"1:1-1:297\">Specifically, Office of Deputy Dean (Post Graduate, Research and Innovation) handle the following functions:<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:25\"><strong>Postgraduate Studies:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"5:1-9:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:150\"><strong>Overseeing postgraduate programs:<\/strong> This includes managing admissions, curriculum development, academic advising, and monitoring student progress.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:197\"><strong>Facilitating research:<\/strong> Providing support for postgraduate students in their research endeavors, including access to resources, research ethics approvals, and guidance on research methodology.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:180\"><strong>Enhancing postgraduate experience:<\/strong> <span class=\"citation-0 recitation citation-end-0\">Organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance the
