We are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services to faculty, staff, and students.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:18\"><strong>Our Key Roles:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"9:1-14:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:202\"><strong>ICT Infrastructure Management:<\/strong> We represent the Kulliyyah at IT Coordination Meetings, ensuring that the Kulliyyah&#8217;s IT infrastructure remains aligned with university standards and best practices.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:234\"><strong>Equipment and Facility Management:<\/strong> We oversee the proper maintenance and inventory of all ICT equipment, facilities, and supplies, including site or server licensing, user access, and ensuring the security of all ICT equipment.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:191\"><strong>System Support and Upgrades:<\/strong> We manage the installation and maintenance of hardware and software, and recommend necessary upgrades to maintain efficient operations across the Kulliyyah.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:216\"><strong>KOED Website Maintenance:<\/strong> We are responsible for maintaining the functionality of the KOED website, ensuring it effectively promotes the Kulliyyah&#8217;s academic programs and showcases the expertise of our faculty.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-14:0\"><strong>Staff Training and Development:<\/strong> We provide comprehensive training to academic and administrative staff on various computer systems and applications, equipping them with the necessary computer skills to excel in their roles.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:255\">The KOED IT Unit strives to provide exceptional service and support to the entire Kulliyyah community.
