The Department of Basic Medical Sciences, in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Dean (Postgraduate, Research & Innovation), Kulliyyah of Medicine, will be organizing a Thesis Formatting Workshop titled:

“Word Hacks for Thesis: Format Like a Pro, Graduate Like a Boss”

This workshop is specially designed for postgraduate students of IIUM Kuantan Campus to enhance their skills in professional thesis formatting using Microsoft Word.

Extended manuscript formatting for clinical specialist master students is also covered in the workshop.

The details of the workshop are as follows:

DATE / DAY: 15th December 2025 / Monday
TIME: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
VENUE: Kulliyyah Meeting Room, Level 1, Kulliyyah of Medicine, IIUM

SPEAKERS:
• Asst. Prof. Dr Nour El Huda Abd. Rahim (Pharmacology Lecturer from Department of Basic Medical Sciences)
• Asst. Prof. Dr Wan Muhamad Salahudin bin Wan Salleh (Anatomy Lecturer from Department of Basic Medical Sciences)

REGISTRATION FEES: RM200 for students and staff.
Note: The fees for the Kulliyyah of Medicine postgraduate students will be borne by the KOM, Office of Deputy Dean (Postgraduate)
