The program aimed to equip them with strategies to provide culturally sensitive care.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Communication Skills:<\/strong> The camp focused on enhancing participants&#8217; communication skills, particularly in interacting effectively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Culturally Sensitive Interventions:<\/strong> Participants were trained to design and implement nursing interventions that are sensitive to the cultural contexts of their patients.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">The summer camp offered a mix of educational and cultural activities that enriched the participants&#8217; learning experience:<\/span><\/h3><h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Educational Programs<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Lectures:<\/strong> A series of lectures were conducted, covering a wide range of topics related to the psychosocial and cultural aspects of nursing. These sessions provided the theoretical foundation for culturally competent nursing care.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Skill Lab and Tutorial:<\/strong> Practical sessions focused on preventive and treatment methods based on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and Indonesian cultural practices.
