<strong>Opening Program of GCNEP 2025<\/strong> on the first day\r\n        of the programme, where they were warmly welcomed through\r\n        institutional visits.\r\n\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n\r\n        The programme included a courtesy visit to the\r\n        <strong>University President\u2019s Office<\/strong>, the\r\n        <strong>Commission on Higher Education (CHED)<\/strong>,\r\n        and the <strong>Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City<\/strong>.\r\n        A tour across UIC\u2019s three campuses also allowed the delegates\r\n        to gain to observe and\r\n        experience firsthand the community healthcare system in the\r\n        Philippines, while exchanging ideas on how nursing interventions\r\n        can improve healthcare
