staff nurses<\/strong>\r\n        representing various wards, units and clinics across SASMEC @IIUM.\r\n        The training was carefully designed to strengthen their roles as\r\n        preceptors \u2014 professional mentors responsible for guiding junior nurses\r\n        and nursing students towards safe, effective and patient-centred care.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>\r\n        Beyond clinical supervision, the programme highlighted the broader role\r\n        of a preceptor as an educator, role model, communicator and leader who\r\n        contributes directly to the professional with an opening ceremony officiated by\r\n        <strong>Assoc. Prof. Dr Muhammad Kamil Che Hasan<\/strong>, Dean of the\r\n        Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM.
