In a concerted effort to enhance the academic journey of postgraduate students, Dr. Haliza Hasan and Dr. Noor Azizah Mohd Ali spearheaded a special workshop titled “Postgraduate Workshop: Speed Up Your Master Journey.” This dynamic event took place on the 27th and 28th of February 2024 at the Conference Room, Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM. The workshop was meticulously crafted to address key facets crucial to the progress of the participating students.<\/span><\/p>

Central to the workshop’s agenda was the provision for current progress updates from all students. This facilitated an insightful overview of each student’s trajectory, enabling both supervisors and peers to offer targeted guidance and support. Moreover, the workshop served as a platform for invaluable supervisory consultations, fostering meaningful interactions between students and their main and co-supervisors. Through these consultations, students received personalized feedback and direction tailored to their specific academic endeavors.<\/span><\/p>

An equally significant emphasis was placed on nurturing a culture of peer group support. Recognizing the importance of collaboration and camaraderie in academic pursuits, the workshop endeavored to encourage mutual assistance and knowledge exchange among participants. By fostering a supportive peer network, students were empowered to navigate challenges collectively and leverage each other’s strengths.<\/span><\/p>

The roster of participants comprised esteemed individuals committed to advancing their scholarly pursuits: Sr. Norhariyanti Shahari, Sr. Shahiera Naziera Othman, Sr. Roszarita Zainal Abidin, Sr. Nurazura Mamat, and Sr. Nurul Natasya Zulkifli. Their active involvement and enthusiastic engagement epitomized the spirit of collaboration and dedication that underscored the workshop’s objectives.<\/span><\/p>

In essence, the Postgraduate Workshop: Speed Up Your Master Journey served as a beacon of academic enrichment, providing students with the requisite tools, resources, and support systems to navigate their master’s journey with confidence and efficacy.
