Madam Nor Akmariah shared her expertise on holistic approaches to mental health, emphasizing the importance of addressing mental well-being comprehensively by considering physical, emotional, and social aspects.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif\">The session was interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions and sharing their experiences. Madam Nor Akmariah provided practical tips on stress management, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and building a supportive community, making the session dynamic and engaging.
