Manpower and Audit Kendiri Perjawatan dan Organisasi (AKPO) Conducted at Kulliyyah of Pharmacy

The Kulliyyah of Pharmacy (KOP), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), successfully hosted the Manpower and Audit Kendiri Perjawatan dan Organisasi (AKPO) today. The opening session commenced at 9:00 a.m. and was attended by the Dean of the Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nor Ilyani binti Mohamed Nazar, together with the KOP Management Team.

The audit was led by Dr. Zurina binti Abdul Ghani from the IIUM Leadership Centre, with the support of the following audit team members:
• Mr. Amir Zahiruddin bin Kamal Pasha (Kulliyyah of Allied Health Sciences)
• Mdm. Fazlinda Ayu binti Daud (Dar Al-Hikmah Library)
• Mdm. Norsyahida binti Zaharudin (PLENETIIUM)

The AKPO is conducted in line with the directive of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and reflects the University’s continuous commitment to strengthening organisational effectiveness, optimising manpower planning, and enhancing workforce efficiency in delivering quality services.
