🌿 KULLIYYAH OF PHARMACY HOSTS “KLINIK AL-QURAN BERGERAK” SESSION 🌿

17th October 2025 (Friday) — The Kulliyyah of Pharmacy (KOP) was blessed to host the Klinik Al-Quran Bergerak (Mobile Al-Quran Clinic) this morning, a meaningful initiative aimed at enhancing Quranic recitation and understanding among KOP staff.

The session began with welcoming remarks, followed by an enlightening talk delivered by Ustaz Mohd Kamarulzaman bin Seman from CELPAD IIUM, entitled “Kesilapan Sebutan Huruf (Makhraj) pada Lidah Melayu dan Bimbingan Surah Pilihan.”

Participants also had the opportunity to join a Tasmik (recitation) session with Masjid’s staff, providing valuable one-to-one guidance and feedback.

The event was attended by academic, administrative, and technical staff of KOP, reflecting the spirit of continuous learning and unity within the Kulliyyah.

✨ May this programme bring blessings and strengthen our relationship with the Holy Quran. May all participants continue to benefit and be inspired to refine their recitation and deepen their understanding of the Quran.

Educational Visit from Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Yogyakarta to Kulliyyah of Pharmacy, IIUM & IKOP Pharma

KOP was honoured to welcome a delegation from Fakultas Farmasi UAD led by Dr. apt. Haafizah Dania, M.Sc, together with apt. Ginanjar Zukhruf Saputri, M.Sc, and two Master’s students.

They were received by Asst. Prof. Dr. Rusdi Rusmili, Deputy Dean (Postgraduate & Responsible Research & Innovation), who covered the Dean’s duty for this visit.

🔬 The programme included academic discussions, lab visits, and a tour of QC labs at IKOP Pharma. A student sharing session by Rx22 & Rx21 students also highlighted academic and student life at KOP.

This visit strengthened academic ties, cultural exchange, and opportunities for future collaboration.

Alhamdulillah, the Kulliyyah of Pharmacy (KOP) together with IKOP Pharma successfully joined the IIUM Kuantan Merdeka Countdown Parade 2025 hosted by the Office of Campus Director, IIUM Kuantan.

Our delegation, comprising academic, administrative & technical staff from both KOP and IKOP Pharma, proudly carried the theme “Bunga Kebangsaan – Bunga Raya” 🌺. The highlight of our contingent was the Sajak Declamation presented by the Deputy Director (Administration).

Despite the last-minute preparation, Alhamdulillah we emerged as 2nd Place overall! 🏆 This is truly a remarkable achievement that reflects the dedication, teamwork, and spirit of Merdeka among our staff.
