3rd Tan Sri Harun M. Hashim Memorial Lecture 2023 is a biennial event organised by the Harun M. Hashim Law Centre and Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia to commemorate the late Tan Sri Harun Hashim’s vast contributions to the development of the Malaysian judicial and legal systems, both civil and Islamic. This Lecture covers a vast areas of interest in law and deliberates current legal, integrity and moral issues delivered by illustrious speakers. This event has served as a platform to re-deliberate and reinforce the vision and mission of Tan Sri Harun M.Hashim and has gathered everyone from all types of legal factenity, such as judges, practitioners and scholars who are committed to sustain integrity and honesty not only in the development of the law, the legal system but also legal thought and practices.
