Visit the IIUM Payment Gateway via url https://ezpay.iium.edu.my/

Step 2

Go to Virtual Counter Menu

Step 3

Select your payment type Membership > Select 'Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)'

Step 4

Enter the payer's information

Other Payment Details - Enter your IC or Passport No

Step 5

Select your payment method

Types of payment accepted: i. FPX ii. E-Wallet (Boost / GrabPay / Touch n Go eWallet / ShopeePay) iii. Credit Card for International card issuer (currently under maintenance)

Step 6

Log in with your credentials to the selected online method and complete your transaction

Step 7

Submit your proof of payment here to received registration link

Step 8

Complete

  • This application is only for students whose status has changed to GRADUATED in the system

  • BEM registration will be starting from 15 May to 12 June 2026

  • The registration fee is RM50
