Starting Semester 1, 2025/2026, the following procedures for the Pre-Submission Viva will be implemented for all PhD postgraduate students. All students are required to complete the Pre-Submission Viva prior to submitting their thesis in the iViva system. The scheduling and arrangement of the session shall be coordinated by the Supervisor with the Postgraduate Coordinator.
Students are required to submit the completed Pre-Submission Viva Form to the Office of the Deputy Dean (Postgraduate & Responsible Research) before uploading it in the iViva system. They must also upload the Pre-Submission Viva presentation file in iViva, and the Pre-Submission Presentation Viva is to be submitted together with the final draft of the thesis as part of the final submission requirements.
