RMC ANNOUNCEMENT - Submission of Disbursement Report Form
Effective 1st October 2024, all research financial disbursements must be accompanied by a disbursement report submitted to the Research Management Centre (RMC) every six months or prior to the new application of disbursement request. All certified proof of payments and original receipts from the Head of Research (HoR) must be attached to the report. Researchers are kindly requested to adhere to this requirement to ensure transparency and accountability in the management of research funds. Failure to comply with the new regulation, researchers are subject to salary deduction.
