Gombak, 8 September 2022. Harun M. Hashim Law Centre, a strategic business unit under Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, provides two-day training to participants from Petronas in the law of law of torts.
The training imparts essential understanding on the law of torts that provide redress to wrongful actions for harm caused to the person or to the properties.
The discussion on the law of torts introduces to participants the law of negligence where the existence of duty of care between parties in a relationship may invite responsibility to injury caused to property or to person arising from the failure to perform the obligations in accordance with the standard of care.
