Gombak, 25 October 2024. The Jabatan Insolvensi Negeri Selangor, in collaboration with the IIUM Law Students’ Society, hosts the “Program Pemantapan Operasi Kebankrapan bagi Tahun 2024” under the guidance of Madam Siti Aishah Aslah, Course Coordinator of LAWS 4270 – Bankruptcy/Insolvency, Company Winding Up & Foreclosure.
The highlight of the program is a keynote entitled “Implikasi Kebankrapan terhadap Golongan Belia” (Implications of Bankruptcy on Youth), delivered by Puan Pavani Kasi, Director of Malaysia Department of Insolvency, Selangor. This discussion aims to shed light on the pressing financial challenges faced by young individuals today.
Also present is the alumni of AIKOL, Tuan Ahmad Khalil Kushairi Bin Umar Saifuddin, the Deputy Director (Liquidation Unit) of Malaysia Department of Insolvency, Selangor
