In a significant step towards academic enrichment, distinguished lecturers from the Kulliyyah of Nursing (KON), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) were graciously invited by their peers from Akademi Perawatan Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh and Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. This enlightening series of guest lectures, spanning from the 25th to the 27th of October 2023, marked a crucial moment in fostering knowledge exchange.
Representing the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, KON; the IIUM delegation featured Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sanisah Saidi, Dr. Patimah Abd Wahab, and Dr. Nik Noor Kaussar Nik Mohd Hatta. Their wealth of experience and expertise in the field promised a series of lectures teeming with valuable insights and profound learning experiences.
The guest lectures also provided a platform for IIUM representatives to engage in fruitful discussions about the potential establishment of Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement (MoU/MoA) between IIUM and Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. This strategic step towards formalizing collaborative efforts holds the promise of fur/thering educational progress and upholding the standards of academic excellence in both institutions.
