Project Description
Smile Project is five-phase school-based mental health promotion program that will be delivered within 24 months duration at three selected secondary schools in Pekan Pahang: Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Dato’ Mahmud Mat, Sekolah Menengah Agama Tengku Ampuan Fatimah, and Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Tun Abdul Razak. This project is the continuity from our previous research project conducted in 2022 under Yayasan Hasanah and Ministry of Finance. The project includes five main components: capacity building program for school counsellors, capacity building program for student leaders, counselling sessions for at-risk students, establishment of a Smiling Mind Space to disseminate info related to adolescents mental health, and counselling session for parents.
