On Friday, September 2, 2022, Dr. Nonglaksana Kama the Head of Department of Arabic Language (DOAL), Kulliyyah of Languages and Management (KLM), IIUM Pagoh Campus, was invited to a collaboration meeting with Department of Arabic Language for Medical and Health Care Tourism, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Yala Rajabhat University (YRU) Yala, Thailand. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Dean; Prof. Dr. Shila Badklang.

On Tuesday, August 30, 2022 , Dr. Nonglaksana Kama the Head of Department of Arabic Language (DOAL), Kulliyyah of Languages and Management (KLM), IIUM Pagoh Campus, had the opportunity to meet with Assistant Professor Dr. Cherdchai Udomphan, Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO), Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Pattani Campus was with Dr. Tanchanok Prombut, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Corporate Communication. The meeting discussed the possible academic collaboration and students’ activities between the two institutions.

The Department of Arabic Language, Kulliyyah of Languages and Management, IIUM Pagoh, has the pleasure to congratulate Sr. Anis Azrina Bt Anuar and her supervisor Dr. Nonglaksana Kama for their  winning the Runner Up (Arabic Category) in the 2nd International Postgraduate Colloquium & Research Poster Competition organized by The Abdul Hamid Abu Sulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences (AHAS KIRKHS, IIUM) and Sultan Azlan Shah University (USAS) in collaboration with Asian Islamic University Association (AIUA). The Department of Arabic Language, Kulliyyah of Languages and Management, IIUM Pagoh, has the pleasure to congratulate Nur Asyiqin Binti Amir Bangsa for her winning the Best Master Student Award Kulliyyah level in the 37th IIUM Convocation Ceremony on 15th August 2022. Nur Asyiqin and Siti Salwa Binti Md Sawari are successfully graduated from Master of Arts Teaching Arabic for specific Purposes. (MTASP)

The Department of Arabic Language, KLM, IIUM Pagoh is happy to congratulate Br. Mohd Amirul Afifi Bin Bahari a final year student of Arabic for International Communication (ARCOM) on his winning the Humanitarian Award in KLM Award Day organized by Office of Student Development and Community Engagement, Kulliyyah of Languages and Management, IIUM Pagoh on 9th June 2022.

The Department of Arabic Language congratulates all ARCOM students who made the Dean’s List in semester 1, 2021/2022.
