Organisational Chart of Nutrition Sciences Department 2023-2025
The department offers undergraduate educational programmes that prepare undergraduates for professional and research careers in the profession on Dietetics. The department currently coordinates the Bachelors of Dietetics (Hons) programme starting the academic year of 2004/2005.

Ulam is a Malay word referring to parts of plants that can be eaten raw or with minimal processing like blanching, steaming or boiling. Deliciously eaten with sambal, these ulam can also be used as ingredients in many delectable dishes. Taking ulam into another level to make it more appetising and appealing is what the ‘from Garden to Kitchen‘ recipe e-book is all about.
