All forms must be signed by the Head of the department or PG coordinator for Kulliyyah Postgraduate and Research Meeting (KPRC) recommendation (Submit the form to the link without DDPG signature). Then the application will be submitted to UNIVERSITY COMMITTEE FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDIES Meeting (UCPS) for approval. After that, all the approved application will be updated accordingly in I Maalum. The anticipated timeline for this process is 1-2 months. To ensure ample time for preparation and review, please submit the completed documentation three months in advance.
