Gombak, 26 August 2025 – The Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), successfully organized a Workshop on Assessment for AIKOL Academic Staff aimed at enhancing assessment practices and aligning them with contemporary educational standards.
The workshop, held at the Al-Nawawi Conference Room, Level 4 of the AIKOL Building, took place from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and was mandatory for all AIKOL academic staff.
Two distinguished speakers facilitated the session Prof. Dr. Ainol Madziah Zubairi, Director of the IIUM Centre for Measurement, Evaluation & Testing (iMET) and Prof. Dr. Noor Lide Abu Kassim, Kulliyyah of Education, IIUM
The workshop focused on strengthening academic assessment methods, improving evaluation techniques, and fostering a better understanding of learning outcomes in line with IIUM’s Tawhidic Epistemology approach
This initiative is part of AIKOL’s continuous effort to ensure high-quality legal education and to equip its academic staff with up-to-date assessment strategies that promote fairness, inclusivity, and academic excellence.
