Gombak, 22 September 2025 – The Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws (AIKOL) organised a Briefing on e-Course and e-Green File to enhance academic staff’s understanding of digital academic quality assurance practices.
The programme commenced with a doa recitation by Dr. Mohammed R. M. Elshobake, followed by welcoming remarks from Prof. Dr. Ida Madieha Abdul Ghani Azmi, Dean of AIKOL, who emphasised the importance of adopting digital documentation in ensuring sustainability, consistency, and compliance with institutional quality standards.
The main session was delivered by Dr. Sahida Safuan, Academic Quality Assurance Liaison of AIKOL, who shared practical guidance and best practices on preparing and maintaining e-Course and e-Green Files. Her presentation highlighted how these tools can support effective teaching, streamline academic processes, and strengthen quality assurance mechanisms within the kulliyyah.
The briefing received positive engagement from academic staff, reflecting AIKOL’s strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
