Bio-Behavioural Laboratories, Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM

The Bio-Behavioural Laboratories of the Kulliyyah of Nursing, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), serve as a vital facility supporting both teaching and learning in the field of nursing sciences. These laboratories are managed under the supervision of the Department of Basic Medical Sciences for Nursing and are equipped to facilitate a range of practical and academic activities.

The services offered include practical sessions in pathology, biochemistry, and microbiology, alongside the use of laboratory microscopes for hands-on learning and specimen analysis. Additionally, the laboratories support the visualisation and understanding of human anatomy and physiology through structured learning modules.

These laboratories play a critical role in fostering scientific competence and clinical readiness among nursing students, aligning with the Kulliyyah’s mission to produce knowledgeable, skilful, and ethically grounded nursing professionals.
