Emeritus Professor Tan Sri Dzulkifli Abdul Razak in delivering the Sejahtera Leadership to the participants explains that ethics and integrity are imbued within the Sejahtera Leadership. The Rector of the International Islamic University Malaysia impresses upon the young officers that the National Education Philosophy (Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan) moulds graduates to be balanced individuals imbued with moral integrity and inter-generational perspective. These characteristics are critical in facing current challenges including the climate change.
