KOD Mas’uliyyah (CSR) Programme No. 2/2026 – 5S Initiative

The Kulliyyah of Dentistry (KOD) is pleased to invite all staff to participate in the KOD Mas’uliyyah (CSR) Programme No. 2/2026 – 5S Initiative, which will be held as follows:Date: 16th October 2026 (Friday)
Time: 9.00 a.m. (breakfast ready to collect at Admin Office 830 am)
Venue : Your own workstation
Light refreshments and CTD point will be provided

This programme is organised to encourage all staff to embrace the 5S culture in creating a clean, organised, safe, and conducive working environment.

By practising the 5S principles—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, and Sustain

• Sort (Seiri) – Remove unnecessary items.
• Set in Order (Seiton) – Organise items for easy access.
• Shine (Seiso) – Keep the workplace clean and tidy.
• Standardise (Seiketsu) – Maintain consistent workplace practices.
• Sustain (Shitsuke) – Foster discipline and continuous improvement.

We can improve workplace efficiency, enhance productivity, and foster a greater sense of responsibility and teamwork within KOD.

The programme will commence at each staff member’s individual workstation, followed by the respective departments/units. Staff are also encouraged to carry out 5S activities in shared areas such as the store, pantry, musolla, meeting rooms, and other common spaces within KOD.

Let us work together to cultivate a positive workplace culture and uphold the spirit of Mas’uliyyah by ensuring that our working environment remains clean, organised, and welcoming for everyone.
