VMS (Venue Management system) 

  1. Open Venue Management System (VMS) to check availability of the venue (via IIUM intranet only).
  2. Go to Online Booking Form and submit your details here.
Note:
  1. Approval (Signature) must be obtained from the Director of Kulliyyah/Dept./Centre
  2. Please follow-up with Administration Office at least 2 days after submitting the form.
  3. All applications for booking must be made in 5 Working Days prior to the function date.
  4. Late application, incomplete form or application without proper approval will not be entertained.
  5. Any postponement/cancellation of the request must be informed and an new application needs to be submitted.
  6. Document(s) of the programme/programmes approval must be attached.
