Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is a comprehensive programme designed specifically for registered nurses who hold a nursing diploma. The primary aim of introducing this programme is to enable nurses to contemplate their role in enhancing the quality of nursing care for the community and Ummah, while also providing opportunities for career advancement. By pursuing the Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) programme in ODL mode, nurses can enhance their qualifications without the need to take a break from their careers or request study leave. This flexible learning approach allows them to continue their professional development while fulfilling their responsibilities as practicing nurses.
Programme Description
ThIS programme is a three-year programme comprising six semesters (four long and two short), designed exclusively for registered nurses. It provides flexible, career-friendly learning opportunities that empower nurses to advance professionally while continuing their clinical practice.

Duration: 3 years (flexible learning)
DIPLOMA
1. Possess a Diploma of Nursing(*), registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia (LJM), and have Annual Practicing Certificate (APC), with at least TWO (2) years working experience.
2. Minimum requirement for MUET : Band 3
3. A satisfactory standard of health.
4. Pass the interview.
