In a proactive move to ensure the members of Flagship 3.0 Community Based First Aid (CBFA) remain abreast of the latest first aid practices, the team organized a transformative “Train the Trainer” session. This special program not only served as a knowledge-sharing initiative but also fostered camaraderie among the dedicated members.
Led by the experienced emergency and disaster nurse; Asst. Prof. Dr. Nurul’Ain Ahayalimudin, the session proved to be a significant milestone in the team’s commitment to community service. Dr. Nurul’Ain’s role as the facilitator ensured that all members took the session seriously, actively sharpening their first aid skills for the greater benefit of the community.
The program covered a range of practical skills, including various bandaging techniques and arm sling applications. The hands-on approach allowed members to hone their abilities, promoting a more effective response during emergency situations. A highlight of the session was the engaging question and answer segment, where members actively participated, sharing insights and clarifying doubts. This interactive element enhanced the overall learning experience, creating a conducive environment for skill enhancement.
Looking forward, the team is already anticipating their next community event, scheduled for November 29, 2023, at PPDK Kompleks Penyayang. The success of the “Train the Trainer” session has set a positive tone for future endeavors, emphasizing the team’s dedication to community well-being and their ongoing pursuit of excellence in first aid practices.
