The closing ceremony of the PSU (Pattani Campus) Nursing Students Internship Inbound Mobility with IIUM was held on the 8th of February 2024 at the Kulliyyah of Nursing Meeting Room. This ceremony marked the successful conclusion of 5 weeks of clinical attachment at SASMEC @IIUM and Kulliyyah of Nursing for the participating students.
In conjunction with the closing ceremony, the students presented their Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Presentation on their latest initiative titled “Early Warning Signs of Phlebitis Chart.” This innovative project was supervised by Dr. Patimah Abd Wahab (KON, IIUM) and Dr. Hasanah Pairoh (Faculty of Nursing, PSU).
The session was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including the Dean of Kulliyyah of Nursing, IIUM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamil Che Hasan, and the Deputy Dean Academic and Internationalisation, Prof. Dr. Mohd Said Nurumal. Additionally, members of Kulliyyah and the accompanying lecturer, Dr. Hasanah Pairoh, were also in attendance.
During the ceremony, the students, Sr. Nadiyah Masae, Sr. Metinee Thipsuwansiri, and Sr. Arwatif Karee, were presented with their certifications for their exemplary performance and dedication throughout the 5-week project. Prof. Dr. Mohd Said Nurumal conferred the certifications, acknowledging their hard work and contributions to the program.
