Interview session in Think Differently at Bernama TV together with Datuk Ras Adiba Radzi interviewing Prof Dato’ Sri Ar. Asiah Abdul Rahim and Ar. Adrianta Aziz on 18th May 2021 at 8.30pm. Since the 90s,  there  has  been  an  increase  in  awareness  in  the  form  of accessible buildings for Person with Disabilities (PwDs). Malaysia has started to address the needs of People with Disabilities (PWD) in  the  built  environment  with  the  development  of  Malaysian Standards and code of practices. 3 Standards was initiated in 1980s and published in 1990s. The intention of facilitating the accessibility of  the  disabled  and  using  standard  rules  is  mandatory.  Giving awareness  on  MS  1184  to  the  industry  players  should  be continuous. Act 685 Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 is an act to provide for the registration, protection, rehabilitation, development and wellbeing of persons with disabilities.
